The company organization is made up of a number of divisions.
Sales division includes BU1, BU2, BU3 & Customer Service; Administration division includes Finance/ Human Resources, Accounting/ General Affairs/ MIS.
Overseas Division is established by the reinvestment, IMS KS branch,and south China Office, XM office, is under the management of Overseas Business.
Overall planning, IMS HQ is located in Taiwan TPE and IMS Main Branch is located in China KS.
New branches, investments by other corporations and so on in the future, will be integrated and managed by IMS KS Branch.
